State Property: Selling Goods at Market Prices After Price Increase

Should the prices of merchandise go up either suddenly or gradually, is it permissible to sell the same at the going prices?

Answer #1963:

There is no objection to selling them for the going equitable prices provided that the government has not declared a certain price for them.
