Is it permissible to allocate donated funds, for the purposes of holding gatherings commemorating the martyrdom of the Imam Ḥusayn (a.s.), to the preacher, the Qur’an reciter, the elegy orator, the expenditure incurred from hosting the audience and similar avenues?

Answer #1444:

There is no harm in it provided that it is done with the consent and the permission of the donors.
