I want to ask if the food which I eat and comes into contact with the particles of blood coagulated in the gums becomes najis or not? If it does, does the oral cavity remain najis after the food is swallowed?

The food, in question, is not considered najis and there is no problem in swallowing it. The mouth also remains pure.
