Blind people use a script called Braille for reading and writing on which they pass their fingers. Is it necessary for the blind to be in state of wuḍū’, while learning the Noble Qur’an written in Braille?

If the protruding dots are signs for the original letters, the ruling of the letters is not applicable to them. But, if, according to the view of informed people, they are considered as script, it is necessary to observe caution in touching them.
