The sentence:
أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ عَلِيًّا وَلِيُّ اللهِ
ashhadu anna ʿaliyyan waliyyul lāh
...is not a part of adhan and iqamah, but it is good to say it after the sentence ‘ashhadu anna muḥammadar rasulul lah’ with the intention of attaining proximity to Allah.
