Prayer: The Return Journey After Travelling for a Sinful Purpose

Ruling 1288
With regard to someone who has travelled for a sinful purpose, he must perform qaṣr prayers on his return journey, whether he repents for his sin or not and whether the return journey on its own is eight farsakhs or less.
