Prayer: Non-Professional Travelling for Commodities

Ruling 1302
With regard to someone whose profession is not travelling, if, for example, he has to continuously travel to a town or village to pick up a commodity that he transports, he must perform qaṣr prayers unless he is a frequent traveller, the criteria for which was explained in Ruling 1295.
