It is not possible for an individual to attend the Friday prayer. May he perform the noon and afternoon prayers at the time’s beginning, or is it obligatory for him to wait until the end of Friday prayer and then perform his prayers?

Waiting is not obligatory, and he may perform the noon and afternoon prayers at the beginning of the time.
