Prayer: Doubting Whether One Joined the Imam
Practical Laws of Islam as per the teachings of Ayatullah Sistani
Ruling 1402
If during prayers one doubts whether or not he joined the imam, in the event that he becomes confident by means of some indications that he joined, he must complete the prayer in congregation; otherwise, he must complete the prayer with the intention of performing it on his own.
