Prayer: Does Friday prayer held after the noon adhān suffice, or must one also pray noon prayer separately?

In our city, Friday prayer is held one and a half hours after the noon adhān. Does this prayer discharge us of our obligation to perform the noon prayer, or is it necessary to perform the noon prayer too?

Answer #628:

The time of Friday prayer begins at the beginning of the shar‘ī noon, and according to the obligatory caution it should not be delayed beyond the beginnings — according to common view — of the time of noon prayer.
