If the appointed Imam of the Friday prayers is well and present on the site, may he order the temporary Friday prayer Imam to lead it? Is it correct to pray behind the latter?

There is no problem in performing the Friday prayer behind the deputy of the appointed Imam even for the appointed Imam himself.
