Partnership: Legitimacy of Forcing Retailers to Join a Company

The tea company in the country has a policy of forcing retailers to become members in the company. Has the company the right to do so? And is such membership valid?
Answer #1693:
Should the company offer the members facilities and services and give them tea provided that they are its members and deal only with it, there is no objection to that. Nor is there any harm in such membership.
