Khums: Can One Use a Third of the Imam’s Khums Share to Distribute Islamic Books?

Answer #1009:

If our authorised attorneys deem it necessary to buy and distribute Islamic books, they may use for this purpose from the 1/3, which they have the permission to use in certain Islamic area.
