Khums: Can I Eat at a Home Where Khums Is Not Paid?

A friend has invited me on many occasions to dine with her. But I recently discovered that her husband does not pay khums. Is it permissible for me to eat at the place of a person who does not pay khums?

There is no objection to eat.
