A person finished his fast in his hometown at maghrib time. Then on traveling to another city, he finds that the maghrib there has not arrived yet. What will be the rule regarding his fasting? Can he eat and drink in the new place before maghrib?

Assuming that he broke his fast in his hometown at the maghrib time, his fast is alright and he can eat and drink in the new place before the time of maghrib there.
