Fasting: Obligation of Kaffarah and Qadaʾ

If a fasting person intentionally attributes a lie to Allah the Exalted, the Most Noble Prophet (Ṣ), [or the Infallible Imams (ʿA)], it is not obligatory for him to give kaffārah. However, the recommended precaution is that he should give kaffārah.
