Fasting: Non-Fasting Husband Compelling a Fasting Wife to Have Sexual Intercourse

A man who does not fast due to travelling or illness cannot compel his fasting wife to have sexual intercourse with him; however, if he does compel her, kaffārah is not obligatory for him.
