Is it permitted for a person to travel intentionally during the month of Ramadan in order to break the fast and to evade fasting?
Answer #738:
There is no problem in doing that even in order to evade fasting. Of course, it is better not to travel except for a good or a necessary purpose. However, when traveling — even in order to evade the duty of fasting — one must break the fast.
