I sold my business and noted the sale on a piece of paper, on condition, among others, that the buyer bears all the taxes. Now, he is refusing to honor this condition. Have I the right to revoke the sale?

Answer #1556:

The vendor has the right to revoke the contract provided that it is explicitly stipulated in the contract that he would have such a right in case the buyer does not pay the taxes.
